Chase is a self taught photographer living in Moorhead, Minnesota. While not a fan of horror movies, he has found himself drawn to the unsettling art of horror stories, and as a result, the gritty, gothic, often black and white surrealist worlds he creates evoke a serious sense of foreboding. Many have said his art is creatively apocalyptic or as though they were viewing memories of the end of a bygone era.
