DESIGNED TO LAST
Printed in small, personally inspected, limited edition batches using high quality paper and pigments and made designed to increase your work’s longevity while keeping your space unique.
How does your printing process work?
Printing is done under the expertise of Legatt Print & Photo, a local independent printer, using premium papers and pigments to deliver prints with deep tones and contrast. Each print is individually inspected, numbered, and signed by Chase to maintain the artistic vision for each print.
Are your sizes customizable?
We are always happy to accommodate specific sizes other than what appears in our shop. Sizes and size pricing will depend on image and edition. If you are interested in one or would like to see a custom mockup of the work in your space, please fill out the contact form below.
Can you crop images?
We don’t alter images or image sizes to maintain the consistency of the edition.
Do you frame work?
We do not offer framing at this time. All purchases come as a singular print. We advise your framer to dry-mount the work using acid free materials. This will ensure that your print will remain flat once framed.
How do your Limited Editions work?
To protect the integrity of your new collected piece of art, all images are printed in small, limited edition batches and personally signed for authenticity. Each image will not be printed at that size beyond the number on your print and on the Certificate of Authenticity.
Do you pieces come with Certificates of Authenticity?
Yes. All limited edition prints come with a Certificate of Authenticity complete with detailed information about the work (such as the title of the piece and edition number) and an embossed Chase-specific stamp to ensure your print is an original.
What edition number will I receive when I purchase a print?
When a limited edition artwork is purchased, the next available edition number is automatically selected and assigned to that purchase. If you are interested in what number in the edition is next available for a specific print, please fill out the form below.
What is your return policy?
Due to the limited nature of prints, all sales are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable. However, if you have received the wrong print in error or if a print is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days otherwise we cannot make a claim with our shipment carrier.
Steps to take if a package arrives damaged:
1. Examine the outside of the box and note any visible damage when you sign for it.
2. If damaged, please take a picture of the outside of the box before you open it.
3. Open the package and take pictures of all damage points.
4. Send all photos and your contact information to chasechapters@gmail.com with your order number and the subject line “Damaged Order”. Your order number can be found in our e-mail updates to you and on the packing slip inside the box.
How does shipping work?
